Highlights
We're investing in Hark AI in a heavily oversubscribed round which will include some of the world’s most prominent AI/tech CEOs, strategics & institutional investors. Hark was founded and is led by Brett Adcock, Founder/CEO of Figure AI ($39B valuation) who has reportedly committed $100M of his own capital. Hark is building the cognitive mind for AI using a new type of hardware & custom agent models, significantly improving task execution. Think OpenClaw, executed by the team behind Figure.
We believe that within 12-18 months, Hark will achieve a significantly higher valuation (Figure's valuation increased from $500m Series A ➝ $39B Series C). Although longer-term outcomes are harder to predict, the next wave of AI companies will focus on agents, and Hark plans to create a category defining one. We remember when Anthropic's valuation seemed steep at $18B in 2024 (now $380B+), the agent opportunity is larger than how frontier models are currently used.
While current frontier models (OpenAI, Anthropic) are world-class at reasoning, they remain "trapped" in chat terminals. They are reactive, lack persistent memory, and cannot act independently in the physical or digital world.
Hark is building the "cognitive mind" for AI that observes, remembers, and executes end-to-end tasks without being asked.

Hark is moving with extreme velocity, co-located on the 50,000 sq ft Figure campus to leverage shared infrastructure and research.

Brett Adcock has demonstrated a unique ability to recruit world class talent and build category-defining companies:
The Team: Hark has already recruited 50+ elite engineers, including Abidur Chowdhury (former iPhone lead designer under Jony Ive) and key AI talent from Meta’s AR team and Apple’s hardware divisions. These individuals have left high-compensation roles at Big Tech due to their conviction in Adcock’s mission.

Hark enters a market of "neolabs" (e.g., SSI at $32B, Thinking Machines at $50B) but differentiates through embodied digital intelligence. The "Digital Labor" Layer: Hark plans to start with repeatable workflows (research, scheduling, ops) and scale to 1 trillion agents capable of building and running entire companies.

Hark is the logical evolution of the AI stack, moving from "AI that talks" to "AI that does." Given the limited allocation and Figure's valuation increasing from $500m Series A ➝ $39B Series C, we view this as an opportunity to back the leader in the agentic hardware space.
